Todd Hudgins, the founder of Pontis LLC, has dedicated his career to helping businesses and individuals navigate the intricacies of financial and legal transactions. Todd is an attorney and Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas. Todd started his career in public accounting prior to obtaining his law degree at the University of Tulsa. Todd worked at a large law firm in the transactional, estate and asset protection sections prior to starting his own firm in 2005. Since establishing his own law firm, Todd has served as a trusted advisor in the fields of business transactions, estate and asset protection. Todd’s background in public accounting and extensive legal expertise make him uniquely qualified to handle complex financial transactions with precision and care. Lisa Stoner
Lisa is a paralegal and has worked in the legal industry for over ten years. She has focused her career on working on business transactions and estate and asset protection planning cases.
